As many of my fellow book bloggers do, I’ve come up with a reading project for 2012. It goes something like this:
1.) I plan on reading several works from the following authors: Rudyard Kipling, Jack London, Charles Dickens, Isaac Asimov (novels, short stories, and perhaps even non-fiction).
2.) I also plan on reading War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy. It’s been on my shelf for a number of years. I think it’s finally time I read it. I’ll probably break it up into parts and read something in between each part.
3.) Speaking of my book shelf, there are several other books that have been sitting on it for a while, now. I’m not setting a specific goal, but I’m going to see how many I might be able to read this year.
This seems to be a rather vague project, but I’m looking for a little flexibility in my reading this year. We’ll see how it goes! Happy New Year and Happy Reading!
